Customers look in more than one place
Google, Bing, Apple Maps and the AI assistants do not all look in the same place for your business. We keep what they find about you the same everywhere.
Where people look, and what they find
One customer asks Google. Another opens Apple Maps. A third asks an AI assistant who is close by. Each one can pull from a different source, so one old phone number or wrong set of hours can show up in some places and not others.
| Where they look | What they often look at | What we do about it |
|---|---|---|
| Google: Search, Maps, AI answers and Gemini | Your Google Business Profile and your website. Google says its AI answers need nothing special beyond a site it can index. Gemini can draw on Google Maps data for local answers. | Our team updates your Business Profile by hand: hours, services, photos and website link. |
| Bing and Copilot | Your Bing Places listing and your website. Copilot may draw on the same Bing sources. | Our team updates your Bing Places listing by hand. |
| Apple Maps and Siri | Your Apple Business listing, which is what shows on Apple Maps. Siri often answers place questions from Apple Maps. | Our team updates your Apple Business listing by hand. |
| ChatGPT and Perplexity | Their own web crawlers plus directories such as Yelp. ChatGPT draws on several sources, which have included Bing. Their sources change often. | We keep your website clear and open to their crawlers, and keep your Yelp page matching your site. |
| Claude and other assistants | Open web pages. A clear, readable website matters most here. | We build the site from your posts and set it up so assistants can read it. |
| Yelp and other directories | The page you or your team claimed. Yelp also shares its data with some other services. | Our team updates your Yelp page by hand where Yelp allows it. |
This is how these services work as of October 2026. Some of it is confirmed by the companies and some comes from independent studies, which is why we say “often” and “may.” AI assistants change their sources without notice.
What we do
Your facts, the same everywhere
- We build your website from your own posts, so it sounds like you.
- We keep your name, address, phone, hours and services the same on your site and on the listings our team updates by hand.
Easy to read, then checked
- We make your site readable to search engines and AI assistants.
- We check for mismatches, like old hours or a wrong phone number, and fix what we find.
When something changes, tell us or type it into the chat editor. Our team updates the places that matter. It is done by hand today, not an automatic sync. You keep running your business and your social accounts.
What nobody can promise
We cannot promise where you will show up. Results vary by town, by trade and by day, and AI answers change from one question to the next. What we can do is make sure the facts they find about you are right.
Get your facts straight everywhere
We are onboarding early customers by hand, a few at a time. The waitlist gets first access, and the pricing page has the $149 plan. See how it works from post to website.
