A booking page for barbers, set up for quick cuts
Lo-Cal, the booking calendar by Busifier, starts a barber with short appointments, start times every 15 minutes and same-day bookings up to 2 hours ahead. Clients book from your link, and you see each request before you say yes.
What Lo-Cal does not do for barbers
When another tool fits better: if each chair in your shop needs its own calendar, or you take deposits when clients book, Calendly or a barber app fits better today. Lo-Cal keeps one calendar per shop.

What customers answer when they book
Every booking asks for a name, a phone number and an email. On top of that:
| Question | Barbershop | Mobile barber |
|---|---|---|
| First visit | Optional | Optional |
| Preferred person | Optional | Not asked |
| Address for the job | Not asked | Required |
What it looks like on a phone

How a booking works for barbers
A client opens your link from Instagram at lunch, picks a cut at 5:15, says it is their first visit and asks for Marcus. With automatic confirming on, it is booked and both of you get a calendar invite. With it off, you tap Confirm between clients.
If they cannot make it, the cancel link in their email frees the time. Online changes close 2 hours before the appointment, and the email gives them the shop's number to call instead. The preferred barber is a note on the booking: Lo-Cal keeps one calendar per shop, so it does not book each chair separately.

Put it on your site
Your booking page has its own address, busifier.com/book/your-business. Put the link in your Instagram bio and your Google Business Profile, or paste one line of code into Wix, Squarespace or WordPress where you want the calendar to show.
Paste your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar link and Lo-Cal hides the times you are already busy. Each confirmed booking reaches your calendar as an invite.

Questions barbers ask
Can clients book the same day?
Yes, up to 2 hours before. You can change it to no notice, 1 day or 2 days.
Do walk-ins still work?
Yes. Lo-Cal only books the times you open online; keep the rest for walk-ins.
Can a booking confirm itself?
Yes. Turn on automatic confirming, and a client's time is booked the moment they pick it.
