A booking app for braiders, built for long appointments
Lo-Cal, the booking calendar by Busifier, starts a braider with 4-hour appointments and a loctician with 3-hour ones, so one booking holds the whole chair. Clients pick a time from your link, and nothing is booked until you confirm it.
What Lo-Cal does not do for braiders
When another tool fits better: braiders often take a deposit to hold a long appointment. Lo-Cal takes no card payments or deposits, and keeps one calendar for the business, so the preferred braider is a note on the booking, not a separate calendar. If you need either, keep the tool you use now.

What customers answer when they book
Every booking asks for a name, a phone number and an email. On top of that:

How a booking works for braiders
A returning client picks knotless braids on Friday at 9:00 and adds a note: medium size, waist length. Lo-Cal holds 9:00 to 1:00, plus a 15-minute break, so nobody else can book over it. You read the note, decide whether four hours is enough, and tap Confirm or Decline.
Bigger styles can take the full 4 hours; a retwist can be its own, shorter service. If you do not answer within 24 hours, the request lapses and the client is told, so the morning is free again.

Put it on your site

Paste your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar link and Lo-Cal hides the times you are already busy. Each confirmed booking reaches your calendar as an invite.

Questions braiders ask
Can one booking take the whole morning?
Yes. Braiding starts at 4 hours and locs at 3 hours. Each service can have its own length, up to 4 hours.
Can I check the style before I accept?
Yes. Nothing is booked until you tap Confirm, and the client can add a note about the size and length they want.
Can I take a deposit?
No. Lo-Cal books times only. If a deposit is how you hold long appointments, keep the tool you use today.
