Busifier is a managed service by MAE-AI Solutions. In this page, “we” means our team.

What we collect

• Owner contact information you give us (name, email, phone, business details).
• Data from social or Google accounts you choose to connect, limited to what you authorize.
• Site content you approve for your website.
• Messages you send to the AI chat assistant.

How we use it

We use your information to build and maintain your website and local search presence, and to run the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for ad targeting.

AI processing

Your chat messages and posts are processed by Azure AI Foundry models running in our own Azure tenant, so they are handled inside the same cloud account as the rest of our service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while you are a customer. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, except for records we need to keep for billing or by law.

Subprocessors

We currently use two: Microsoft Azure (hosting and AI processing) and Cloudflare (DNS and secure delivery). When billing launches we will add our payment provider here.
