Massage booking software for a therapist with one table
Lo-Cal, the booking calendar by Busifier, starts a massage therapist with 60-minute sessions, 15 minutes to reset the room, and one question: is this a first visit? It asks nothing about health. That stays between you and your client.
What Lo-Cal does not do for massage therapists
When another tool fits better: if you need intake forms inside the booking, card payments, packages, or a calendar for each therapist in a spa, a massage practice tool fits better today. Lo-Cal keeps no SOAP notes and does no insurance billing, and it books one table on one calendar.
Set up for massage therapists
These are your starting settings. Change any of them, and give each service its own length.
| Setting | Massage therapist |
|---|---|
| Appointment length | 1 hour |
| Break after each appointment | 15 minutes |
| Earliest booking | 1 day ahead |
| Start times every | 15 minutes |
| Books up to | 60 days ahead |
| Confirming | You confirm each request, or turn on automatic confirming |
What customers answer when they book
Every booking asks for a name, a phone number and an email. On top of that:
| Question | Massage therapist |
|---|---|
| First visit | Optional |

How a booking works for massage therapists
A client books a 60-minute massage on Thursday at 6:00 pm from your Google Business Profile and says it is a first visit. You confirm from the email, and both of you get a calendar invite. The 15 minutes after the session stay free for fresh linens.
Because it is a first visit, you send your own intake form or go through it in the room. Lo-Cal never asks about injuries, conditions or medication, and the request shows only the client's name, phone, email and first-visit answer, plus any note they chose to add.
