A booking app for lash artists, set up for full sets

Lo-Cal, the booking calendar by Busifier, starts a lash artist with 2-hour appointments, a 15-minute break to reset your bed, and a question that tells you who is new. Clients book from your link, and you see each request before you say yes.

What Lo-Cal does not do for lash artists

When another tool fits better: many lash techs take a deposit to hold a full set. Lo-Cal takes no card payments or deposits, so if a deposit is how you stop no-shows, keep the booking tool you use now. A Busifier website can link to it.

How a booking works for lash artists

A new client finds your link in your Instagram bio, picks a classic full set on Saturday at 11:00 and says it is her first visit. You get an email with Confirm and Decline, so you know to allow time to talk through the look before you start.

Fills take less time than a full set, so add them as their own service with a shorter length. Lo-Cal then offers only the times that fit. If you also do brows, a brow appointment starts at 45 minutes.

Put it on your site

Your booking page has its own address, busifier.com/book/your-business. Put the link in your Instagram bio and your Google Business Profile, or paste one line of code into Wix, Squarespace or WordPress where you want the calendar to show.

Paste your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar link and Lo-Cal hides the times you are already busy. Each confirmed booking reaches your calendar as an invite.

Questions lash artists ask

Can fills be shorter than full sets?

Yes. Give each service its own length, from 15 minutes to 4 hours, and clients only see times that fit.

Can I take a deposit when a client books?

No. Lo-Cal books times only. If you need a deposit, keep the tool you use today.

Will I know who is a new client?

Yes. Every request shows whether it is their first visit, before you tap Confirm.
