Dog trainer booking software that asks what the dog needs
Lo-Cal, the booking calendar by Busifier, starts a dog trainer with hour-long private lessons and three questions on every request: the dog's name, its breed, and what it needs help with. You know the problem before the first session.
What Lo-Cal does not do for dog trainers
When another tool fits better: Lo-Cal books one appointment at a time on one calendar, so it suits private lessons and evaluations, not group classes with a headcount. It also takes no payments for lesson packages. If you run classes or sell packages, a dog training tool fits better today.
Set up for dog trainers
These are your starting settings. Change any of them, and give each service its own length.

|---|---|
| Appointment length | 1 hour |
| Break after each appointment | 15 minutes |

What customers answer when they book
Every booking asks for a name, a phone number and an email. On top of that:
| Question | Dog trainer |
|---|---|
| Pet's name | Required |
| Breed | Optional |
| What needs doing | Required |
What it looks like on a phone

Example business: Marigold Dog Grooming is fictional, and these are screenshots of Lo-Cal on a phone. Your page asks your own trade's questions, shown in the table above.
How a booking works for dog trainers
An owner books a private lesson on Monday at 4:30 for Juno, a border collie who pulls on the leash and jumps on guests. You read that before you confirm, so you can bring the right lead and plan the hour.
If the request sounds like a behavior case you refer elsewhere, tap Decline, and the owner is asked to pick another time. Owners who want the lesson at home can put the address in the note.

Questions dog trainers ask
Can I see what the dog needs before I accept?
Yes. What the dog needs help with is a required question, so it is on every request before you tap Confirm.
Can I run group classes?
No. Each time on your calendar takes one booking, so Lo-Cal fits private lessons and evaluations.
How much notice do I get?
Lo-Cal starts with 1 day of notice. You can change it to no notice, 2 hours or 2 days.
