What does the website check look at?
It reads your home page and a few small public files, such as your sitemap, as they load today. It runs more than 40 checks in seven areas: getting customers, local and Google, search, trust, design, speed and AI visibility. Calls and contact count the most, because that is how a local business gets customers.
Does a high score mean I will rank on Google?
No. A score isn’t a ranking or a guarantee. Search engines and AI assistants decide what to show. The check tells you what a customer and a search engine can find on your page, and what to fix first.
Do you keep my website address or results?
No. The check uses no AI model and does not save your address or results. Run it again any time to see your score after a change.
Why are some checks marked Not measured?
Some things cannot be read from the page alone, or the site did not let us read them. A check we could not measure does not count for or against you.
Can I check a site I do not own?
Yes, the check reads only public pages. Many owners check a competitor to see what they do better.
